Shipping, Returns & Refunds

We dispatch all orders within 24–48 working hours from our unit in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Standard delivery takes 2–4 days across North India and 4–7 days for the rest of India. Remote pin codes may take slightly longer.

Shipping is free on every order above ₹499. Below that, a flat charge of ₹59 applies and is shown at checkout before payment.

You will receive the courier name and tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your parcel leaves our unit. Oils and ghee are double-sealed and cushioned to prevent leakage in transit.

Because our products are edible and chemical free, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and food-safety reasons.

You can raise a return within 7 days of delivery if the item arrived damaged or leaking, if you received the wrong product or size, or if the item is past or near its best-before date.

Write to info@gaonghani.com or call +91-7017569961 with your order number and photos of the parcel, the product label and the batch code. We arrange a reverse pickup wherever the courier serves your pin code; otherwise we reimburse a self-shipping cost of up to ₹100.

Approved returns must be unopened and in their original packaging with the seal intact.

Once your return is received and inspected, we email you the outcome within 48 hours. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days; banks may take a further 2–3 days to reflect the amount.

For prepaid orders we can also issue store credit of the same value, valid for 12 months, if you prefer.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by UPI or bank transfer to the account details you share with us.

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we ship the correct item at no extra shipping cost, subject to stock availability.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch — just reply to your order confirmation email or call us. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may refuse delivery and the prepaid amount will be refunded after the parcel returns to us.
