These Terms of Service govern your use of gaonghani.com and any order you place with Gaon Ghani, 121 Kastala Kasmabad, Hapur, Uttar Pradesh 245304, India (info@gaonghani.com, +91-7017569961). By browsing the store or placing an order you accept these terms.

We may update these terms as our store and the law evolve. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.

You must be 18 or older and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law to place an order. You are responsible for keeping the phone number and email on your account current, and for keeping login OTPs confidential. Do not share your OTP with anyone, including someone claiming to be from Gaon Ghani — we never ask for it.

Our oils, ghee, spices, salts and sweeteners are natural, traditionally processed foods. Colour, aroma, texture, sediment and pungency can vary between batches and seasons; this is normal for chemical-free products and is not a defect. Ghee may solidify or granulate depending on temperature, and wood-pressed oils may show natural settling.

Product photographs and pack mockups are for illustration. Weights, volumes, ingredients and best-before dates printed on the pack are authoritative.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Our products are foods, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Consult a qualified professional before making dietary changes, and check the label if you have allergies.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund of anything paid — where stock is unavailable, a price or listing error occurred, the delivery address is outside our serviceable network, or we reasonably suspect fraud or resale abuse.

Please check your name, address, phone number and pin code before paying. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping is free on orders above ₹499; below that a flat ₹59 applies and is shown at checkout before payment.

Prices, offers and coupon codes may change at any time and are not applied retrospectively to completed orders. Coupons cannot be combined unless we say so, are for personal use, and may be withdrawn if misused.

Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners over secure connections. Where Cash on Delivery is offered, it may be limited by pin code or order value.

Delivery timelines, return eligibility, refund processing and cancellations are set out in our Shipping, Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: dispatch within 24–48 working hours, 7 days to report a damaged, leaking, wrong or near-expiry item, and refunds to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval. For hygiene and food-safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or used edible products.

You agree not to misuse the store: no scraping, automated ordering, attempting to breach security, reselling our products as your own brand without written permission, or using our content in a way that misleads customers. We may suspend access or refuse service where these terms are breached.

The Gaon Ghani name, logo, packaging artwork, product photography, and the text and design of this site are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our prior written consent.

Checkout, payment, login verification and delivery are provided by third parties such as Shopify, payment gateways and courier partners. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to those parts of your experience, and we are not responsible for interruptions in their services beyond our control.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and we are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, including courier disruptions, weather, strikes or government action. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hapur, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
