Chuara are sun-dried, firm dates with very low moisture, so they store far longer than soft khajoor and are used mainly boiled in milk.

Boil 2 chuare in a glass of milk at night, or soak them and eat in the morning — a classic winter strength remedy.

Do chuare need to be refrigerated?

No. Their low moisture keeps them stable for up to a year in an airtight jar at room temperature.
